Rules of the Game

I am currently doing the Changing Habits, HCG Protocol.  The majority of the recipes here are suited to Phase 2 of the protocol.
This means they have very strict guidelines regarding ingredients and portion sizes.
Anyone doing this protocol will understand these restrictions and be fine to follow the recipes as is when in phase 2.

However, if you are NOT doing the protocol you need to be 
aware of a few things.

1. you are not limited to the ingredients listed

2. you can use oils, dairy, fats and other meat/veg combinations.

3. YOU MUST HAVE LARGER PORTIONS! this is very important as these are restricted calorie recipes and are not enough for a regular meal serving if you are NOT doing phase 2 of the protocol.
